Margaret Allred is experienced in foot reflexology in Virginia Beach, Virginia.

She received her certificate in March 97 from Shirley Kitchell, ATMA, using the Laura Norman, Ingham Method of Reflexology.

During September 1999, she successfully completed a training workshop at the Cayce-Reilly School of Massotherapy.

At the Poseida Institute, she took courses in Past and Present lives, Healing, Acupuncture and Understanding Your Reality.

She is currently the owner of Happy Soles Reflexology and works at Ambiance Salon & Day Spa in Virginia Beach, Virginia.

She also served as an instructor at the Virginia Academy of Massage Therapy in Yorktown, Virginia.

She has presented lectures as such prestigious events as the YMCA Senior Day in Hampton, the International Breast Cancer Foundation, the Hampton Roads Women's Show, the Chesapeake Conference Center, the Health Fair in Virginia Beach and the Virginia Commonhealth, Norfolk.

Margaret's personal interests include going to the YMCA and attend the Little Theatre in Virginia Beach. She also takes an avid interest in nature and science.

She was president of the Princess Anne Chapter of the National Business and Professional Women's Club in 1992.

She was also the State Scholarship Chairman of the National Business and Professional Women's Club in 1991.
